Great place to rent a car. I went in without a reservation due to car trouble and had no issues getting a car that I wanted.
There were several issues with my rental. I had my rental confirmed on the web site and Enterprise charged the rental to my insurance company, instead of the other insurance company. It was corrected after I called, but I had to bring the car back and exchange it. The replacement car had just been cleaned, and the air freshener was so strong it burned my eyes.
Also, in my reservation I requested to be picked up at 7:45 am. My ride did not arrive until 8:10. They told me at the office that they do not pick up until 8 am, but that was not stated on the site where I confirmed my reservation. The agents were all very nice and helpful, and did respond quickly to correct everything, but it could have been a lot smoother. This is the third time in two years we used Enterprise, and the other two times it was flawless.
The car that I drove has a very bad sweaty smell odor so I had to stop by the auto store to buy an air fresher. This isn't the first time and it had happened several rental cars in the past from same rental car location.
This was my first time renting a car, and I have to say I will never go to another rental car company. The staff was EXCELLENT! The guy that was working Saturday morning on July 1, 2017 was an awesome sales person, he helped us choose our car and saved us money as well. I was very pleased and I highly recommend Enterprise out of New Albany, IN
Used the new site on Charlestown Rd. Friendly associates. We got a great vehicle for our 5000 mile trip. Returning it was a snap.
