The store is clean and well stocked. The check out lines go pretty quick. Usually not overly busy. Pretty typical Kohls. Usually have good sales and always coupons available.
And at no time did that employee offer to call another Kohl's to see if they had any, so I drive to the Kohl's in Jeffersonville. They had what I was looking for, in fact, they had quite a few of the particular item I was looking for.
Shopping was fine. Limited casual dress shoes and colors in boys dept. Had to shop another for a shirt. Had to purchase a brown shoe instead of the black he really wanted. Prices were great I must admit.
Went for a specific item. There was a display for it but none at that display.
Don't shop here much, last minute Christmas shopping, found brands I like on sale, can't pass up a great deal. Will have to return once seasonal specials are off to truly rate shopping here.
The staff was very friendly and I was able to find some good deals on clearance sale. Plus the Kohl's cash is always a nice bonus!
Took 15 mins to get an employee to get on their little walkie talkie and ask someone if, in fact, they were out. Evidently, they did not have any, or at least that's what I was told.
