After struggling for about 15 minutes to print out a photo for my visa application, one of the store managers (Kathy, I think?) actually managed to LOSE my driver's license. I stood and waited for 30 minutes while she and two other employees looked for my license. She finally found it stuck behind a copy machine. The other employees seemed very capable, but Kathy was extremely incompetent and careless with my documents. You couldn't pay me to set foot in this store again.
I walked in the store I asked young lady at the counter if she can help me get my resume together because I've lost the original the other lady of the counter assume that I wanted it for free so she told the girl that make sure that I let her know that there will be a charge even if I went to the public library they want it done it for free but this is the kind of customer service I come to expect in New Albany Indiana.
Botched a order for tri-folds 2 weeks before 2 back-to-back company events. I called the day they were picked up with my concerns and spoke to the employee who ran the print job. He admitted he was working on it the night before, and could not get the artwork to fit the proper dimensions of the tri-fold so he just printed them anyway so he could go home. He also admitted that he noticed the machine folding the brochures was folding back the bottom right corners on themselves and eventually fixed it, but left the improperly folded brochures as they were and marked the job completed with an off center white border all along the edge. When I called he promised to fix and re-print or call back ASAP. After calling repeatedly for 4 more days were were told there was nothing they could do AND we would need to return the botched tri-folds for a refund. We had to send the job to Fed Ex to complete the CORRECT way in 3 days time because of the way we were jerked around by this store. Absolutely ridiculous. First and last time we will ever be using their print services.

I was attempting get get about a thousand copies made of irregular papers. The associate made every excuse in an attempt to talk me out of having copies made. Anything from $0.19 a copy, it will take a very long time, doubtful I could keep the papers in order, some copies may get lost. Once I informed her that all her excuses where okay and I did not have a strict deadline. She finally said. I'm sorry but I'm going to have to say no. I can not copy these for you. Could easily tell she gets paid hourly and not by productivity. Went to Staples and had no issues.
