Shopping was quick because I knew exactly what I wanted via earlier visit to the website. The recliner I bought is great, but I deducted one star for failing to call me when it was ready for pickup, and another star as I was expecting the box to have been opened when they applied the stain block treatment. When the sales person initially sold me their stain block treatment she said the box would be opened when I picked it up. Box was factory sealed and I have yet to follow up regarding an explanation.
Walked in with an idea of what I wanted. The salesman , Ed , told me it won't be in till 5-7 days. He gave me a better type and protection and delivery for around the same price. He worked with us for our needs not his sales numbers. Ed was an excellent employee and I would definitely tell others about this store
Randy was so helpful! He answered every question we had and then some! He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get everything we wanted! Will definitely be going back and recommending all our family and friends to do the same.
Furniture liquidators was the first place I stopped and found what I liked. I checked several other places and they couldn’t compare prices. Julie was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with . And the personnel who delivered the furniture was very careful not to leave a mark on the furniture, walls or door facing. They did an excellent job.
Love coming here for any furniture needs. Have been in this store twice in just a few short weeks, very helpful people and always smiling. Aren't following you around like normal sales people do, they give you your space and actually let you shop. And when you are ready, you find them and they will help in the best ways possible! Great manager and salesman/women here. Have shopped here for years with my father and now myself being a bee home owner. Love this place!!!
