We just needed a few parts to finish a shower remodel, we were trying not to purchase an entire trim kit. Juanita was very helpful and supplied is with the exact part numbers and names so we didn't have to buy a whole new kit. Everyone there was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and accommodating.
Tommy & Tony add A LOT to this team!!! The service is EXCELLENT, the staff is accommodating, and our water heater and appliance parts needs are met! I am thrilled to find out they have HVAC equipment as well! If you order a water heater, most likely you can have it the SAME DAY! Now that is great service (with a smile, too!) Love this team!!!!! They do not care and will laugh behind your back, I suggest you shop anywhere else, yes anywhere. I am in process of filing a claim in court against them. Yes I am very unhappy and wish I had never meet them. If you buy from them, you could be next in line for such treatment. Wish I had paid on credit card, then I could do something from that end. But I paid cash. Thanks to Lee Supply for treating their customers this way. Funny thing is I tried to spend my money locally with a local company. Next time it's Menards or Lowes for me. PLEASE READ: Showroom is very nice, if you buy anything from them and have any problem you will find out how horrible their customer service is. If you want to return something, they will come up with excuses after excuses why they will not return anything, even though they ordered the wrong thing. YES they ordered the wrong parts then told me I was stupid for ordering the wrong one????
