Was trying to switch from another company because I've heard great things about State Farm and this man; however, after speaking with Vernon (I believe), I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am an educated professional who had a few specific questions about rates and premiums and deductibles and was openly mocked and talked down to. His condescension was not appreciated, and while I can't deny these rates are near unbeatable, I'll be taking my auto, home, and life insurance elsewhere as a result of his attitude. If he cannot come to the phone and work with customers in a profession manner, this isn't the profession for him.
