Great products. Their Christmas Rock Crystal candy is amazing. You can tell a lot of artisan love goes into everything they do. I wish the company continued success.

Once the items got here 3/13/2012 we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. The photos and descriptions were very misleading and inaccurate. Items that were described as 8” to 9” tall were in reality 6” in height including base. One item was broken and could not be sold. Additionally items which were listed as $19.95 cost in reality $46.95 there were many other price discrepancies, Items listed for $4.95 but instead were $6.95 on the invoice We immediately requested return shipping tags In dealing with this problem the receptionist for the company was very rude and evasive. She would not forward our phone call to the owner’s voice mail and refused to give us his email address. We now have been waiting the two week period to have our money returned to out account
Love it great place the people there are very nice and if somebody says they are not then they are crazy!!!!!!
Now when I call the rude receptionist named Carol seems to have an excuse for why I can not be put in touch with the customer service representative who has been helping me. Carol was so unprofessional it was appalling! The only explanation I can come up for her unprofessional attitude is she must be related to the owner of the business.
I have called three times today 4/4/12 and still have not heard back about my refund. But there has been no end to excuses today and conveniently every time I have tried to reach her I am told “Oh she just picked up the line “In the end I had to practically beg for the owners contact information.
The whole way this company conducts business is shady to say the least ! I will be in touch with the attorney general and I am going to my bank with all emails and information to initiate a charge back.
I would think long and hard before I ordered from this company. If you’re a big business with a lot to waste then this won’t matter to you but small businesses better beware I am about to file a complaint with the BBB and since they sent me an invoice via the USPS I will talk with my local district attorney about possible wire fraud charges since I am out my money and without my products or services I was promised.
What a fiasco ordering from this company has been. There was a substantial difference between the price in the catalogs and what the actual charges were. The quality of the products are mislead by the photographs and descriptions of the catalog. Our account was charged 3/8/2012 They didn’t send the package on the date that said they would and we never received any tracking information until we had to request it 4 different times.
4/5/12 At the end of the day around 3pm eastern I spoke with a man named Jeremy in is in sales. who at the start of the call once he identified who was calling Alison ( The lady in customer service who wont return my phone calls ) told me she suddenly picked up the phone on another line. So I spoke to him and asked him is this how Squire boon village conducts business and that I didn’t think it was fair to treat small businesses this way I added I didn’t think he would like to be treated this way either. Finally he said he would go speak with her and see what he could find out. After a few moments pause he told me that it was being done now and I would have my refund yesterday and what a surprise today there is no pending deposit for my account.
