Needless to say, we use CVS now.
So we get to CVS and they pull up the script and I ask if it's $70. The very polite pharmacist tells me it is but there is a one time coupon she can put in that brought the cost down to $35! The rude morons at Walmart never even mentioned that! That would have been too much for them, I'm sure.
I used this pharmacy for a while despite the unfriendly, non helpful pharmacists and staff. The last straw was recently when my daughter's doctor emailed them a prescription. I get there and ask about, they tell me "no, it's not here". I tell them again that it was emailed. Lo and behold, it's there. They put it in and inform me that it's going to cost $70!!!! Even with my child's insurance! The VERY non helpful girl then rudely suggests I just buy something OTC. Obviously OTC meds haven't worked you idiot! They then call the doctor to try to figure something out because I couldn't afford that unless I absolutely had to. After 10 minutes they tell me they can't reach the doctor. We've already been standing here going thru everything for well over 20 minutes at this point. I tell the girl to go ahead and fill it, I'll just have to pay the $70 because my kid needs it. After ALL of that the girl then informs me that they DONT EVEN HAVE ANY of the medication!!!! Like wow! You couldn't tell me that 20 minutes ago?!
I tell the idiot girl to send the damn script to CVS. She then says " ok the CVS in Clarksville". I'm like omg no! We're in New Albany! Why would you send it to Clarksville??!
