We are extremely pleased with the service received!! They explained step by step what needed to be done to ensure work would be done right the first time and gave clear estimates prior to completing the job. They are extremely professional, consider your needs in schedule, and very prompt. In addition, we asked about another issue we had been meaning to get fixed.....They gave the estimate and completed the same day! I received a follow up call within a few days to make sure all work was completed to satisfaction. So far, so good and I highly recommend this company. Should I have any future issues, I will contact them again! Thank you Greenwell Plumbing! Your guys did a GREAT job!

Had to have 3 faucets replaced. Called and they came out the same day. Service technician's name was David Willis. Very professional, honest and friendly. Will ask for him the next time we need a plumber. Have used them several times over the past year with great results.

Called them for a clogged line from house to septic. I asked for price estimate over phone and was told the technician that show up has to tell me. Should have been red flag there. They came out and said $286 to snake through clean out and $450 if they have to pull the toilet. $125 just for showing up. Tech said he was 90% sure it was a septic issue not a clog. I sent them on and called someone else. It was a clog and the company I called was much cheaper. It sounds like they have set prices for certain items. They could at least tell you over the phone. I do not recommend Greenwell.

Beware when you are having a plumbing nightmare stay clear of this company. My daughter single mother of 4 had a clogged line, she pulled the mainline cap seen no water so she pulled the toilet to allow access to the clogged line. When the plumber got there in the morning hours, I mean 9am to run the auger he charged her $286.00 and he didn't replace the toilet either. When I called the office to pay the bill they so kindly gave $30.00 off the bill. I hope my daughter learns from this but no one charges over $100 to run a line the first 15 feet.

If I could provide negative stars I would! We asked them to come out and check our lift pump in our basement as it had quit working. They came out beat on the pipe a couple of times and said the whole pump needed to be replaced. Handed my wife an estimate for $750 and left. I called another company to get a second opinion before replacing the pump. The pump was looked at, cleaned out, and ran perfectly. Yes, they provide a free estimate, but not sure I would trust their explanation for what's going on.
