I made an appointment there to get my passport today and the lady told me (she was polite about it) that the electronics dept only does photos and they don't actually do the paperwork for a passport and to go to sellersburg which is booked for a month. And sellersburg says Charlestown rd post office does do everything. So I wasted my time for what? Maybe let all the employees know what you do and don't do. Still getting paid government wages right? Come on now.
Why would you have a post office that doesn't offer any services with untrained employees!
