this place is really great to live. i have been here for 2 years and have had little to no issues staying here. its very quiet and peaceful. currently landscaping could be a lot better. it is conveniently located, plus its off the street so theres no traffic. rent is slightly high considering electricity and water is not included only trash. but i do recommend checking this place out!
A good price for the apartments, only con is that I wish they would come and fix things like they say
The lease here is a complete and total joke. I have had 3 friends actually looking for apartments and have told all 3 of them to go just about anywhere else and they did. Not only is rent ridiculous, they say they have breed/weight limits on pets yet there are huskies and all kinds of massive dogs running around and they don't pick up after them. The laundry is 1.75 to wash AND dry. The washers and dryers are constantly having issues. Broken, not working, not drying clothes even when drying for an hour and half. The laundry price was raised. You pay water, trash, and sewage. This is not "affordable living" for any student. I'm disappointed in everything about this place now. Also, you don't sign a "year lease" you sign a year and 4 months lease which makes absolutely no sense. One last thing, if you lock yourself out of the security door after hours, it's $25 to have someone come let you in. You must have the $25 on spot or they won't open. Ridiculous.
Police and EMS are here constantly. Power is out just as much, apartments are getting broken into. Pretty much an unchecked college dorm...
Nice place to live. Other than the fact they can't keep up with the landscaping. Zero curb appeal. High rent.
