Kimberly is not suited for retail work. Her mind seems preoccupied with everything except focusing on the needs of the customer in an efficient manner. Isn't that the whole point of UPS Stores????

Gentleman working there was very polite. I was in and out in no time.

2 - the POS (point of sale) equipment

a simple 5 minute task to ship a lightweight box ended up a being 20 minute ordeal!!!

She could not enlarge a copy for another customer, wasting more than 10 minutes of my time while she experimented.

She decided to sip on her drink instead of paying attention to the customer's needs.

Terrible service, rude representatives, I will not be returning to this drop point.

She does not communicate very well. Instead of reading what's on her screen she uses her own terms.

I would not be surprised to learn that Kimberly is related to whomever owns this UPS Store franchise.

This might be the worst run UPS Store in the USA!!!

She constantly took packages from others who walked in, thereby making the rest of us (3 customer) wait even longer.

She took one personal phone call right in the middle of waiting on yet another customer.

3 - the office telephone

Because of Kimberly's OBVIOUS challenges regarding the use of:

Very pleasant and helpful service. So nice to have these services so close to my home.

took 40 plus minutes to print 4 pages from a pdf file.... first they don't have a modern printer (like fedex has) that you can print and pay right on the printer. Second they have to assist you to be able to print from a "no public" PC and charge $3 dollars for the service....and last no credit card accepted for amount below $5 dollars...so at the end those 4 pages cost me 40 min and $5 dollars and lot of patience...first time that I was using that UPS store and will be the last. They need to improve equipment and customer service

On the other hand, this store is costing UPS shipping volume because once you experience what I (and apparently several others in this forum) have experienced, we WON'T BE BACK!!!

She chit-chatted with the USPS delivery guy and even pulled off of her task she was doing for the customer in order to chit chat with the USPS guy.

She made EXCUSES during my whole time there, citing (among others) that "they need to get me more help" and (as she told a friend of hers on the telephone) "she has a store full of people".
