Incompetent Staff. Yolanda is a horrible manager. She is overpaid and her incompetence for her position should be an embarrassment to finance companies everywhere.
Always friendly and they do their best to work with you. I've been using world finance for years, even when I lived in Kentucky.
Was very friendly, they worked with us on payment dates.
Probably the shittiest place on earth to get a loan. I had made my payments on time for 6 months before I shipped for the navy, before I left they assured me that they would not bill me or report to the credit bureau. When I had returned I had over 60 voicemails and a pile of letters from World. When I went to pay off my $200 remaining balance they completely denied ever telling me they would place my account on hold (even the exact girl I watched enter it on the computer before I left). And RUNINED my credit rating. I would highly suggest to stay away from this uneducated, and unprofessional institution.
