I loved the staff and the price! I had to get my nails redone after a bad experience at Pretty Nails so I tried this one and absolutely loved it... I will be using this place from now on! They was very busy but they still took all the time needed for me.
This business thrives on speed more than quality and sanitation. The tables are normally gritty and a towel remains on the table from the previous person. When you're paying for a service you should receive the best service especially when the person is a professional.. the nail brushes that you use when washing your hands needs to be replaced. In cosmetology and state board your taught to sanitize your table and implements before your next client.
Great place. The staff is all very nice. I've been in places where they weren't so I do appreciate how they treat their customers. Also, have been here twice and Jasmine does a super, excellent job. I waited for her when I went in today because she did such a good job the last time I went in. Will only go here now.
Best price for fill ins that I have found! Well staffed, 8 employees with 1 on lunch. Efficient, was only there for 40 minutes. The price I was quoted was the price i paid!
COMPLETELY RUSHED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY TO THIS SALON! When you work in the service industry customer service is 80% of your business. This is a HUGE nail salon, they have at least 10 pedicure chairs and a giant manicure table... they stay open an hour later than any of the other local nail salons, which brings them a lot of business...and it's clear quantity is their concern, NOT QUALITY! The woman who did my pedicure did an excellent job, she was efficient and thorough. However, the full set of acrylics that my daughter received was done by a gentleman who, although I'm sure is good at his trade, was in such a hurry that he completely messed up one nail on my daughter's hand and hastily painted the rest missing several places. But my disappointment is because when I said something to them about the problem no one wanted to fix the problem...The worst nail had been filed at the wrong angle on one side and looked horrible. It needed to be removed and they tried 30 minutes of everything else and arguing with me before they finally agreed to fix it. And once they agreed to fix the bad nail their attitude towards me and my daughter completely changed. They were not happy about being called out, even though I did so very calmly, and they made her wait until they handled other customers (again quanity over quality) we signed in at 4:41 and did not leave until 7pm. What should have only been an extra 20min took over an hour to fix because they fought me about fixing it. Ultimately it was an awful experience. I'm sure they do great nails for people who aren't worried about the details, but when there is a problem you better be prepared to fight with every nail artist in the building before you can get it fixed. We were completely ganged up on in an effort to avoid actually redoing the nail. They have no, "the customer is always right" policy! I know my daughter and I will never return just because of the horrible customer service. I will make sure other, kinder salons get our business, our money $, and our recommendation from now on.. they think they are too big to fail and do not need satisfied customers... they will have a rude awakening when everyone knows how awful they are with acknowledging their mistakes and being accountable for fixing their mistakes.
