Never even stepping foot in this place again. I have heard they do great jobs so my husband wanted to give it a shot. It's January 4th at 7:10 but their light was on. We actually didn't know their hours until after the fact, but we walked in and the lady rudely said "not taking anymore appointments." There are so many other ways to say that and her attitude was ridiculous. So she just lost one or potentially two customers. Customer service is the first thing people see and hear. Will never be back!
Only place I will get a cut here in this area. All the ladies are nice, and know how to cut hair. I haven't had any complaints with my cuts.
Took my 14 year old son for a trim, as he Is trying to let his top grow longer , told the young lady he just wanted his hair shaped up a little, My son showed her a picture of the style he wanted, and said he wanted to keep the sides and back longer than the picture. His hair was about 2 Inches long, he just wanted the back, and around the ears trimmed up a little, before we knew It, she was buzzing the back of his head down to the scalp, I mean his scalp Is showing, we were horrified, hair Is uneven on top as well, Needless to say, my son Is very upset and doesnt want to go to school, or even out In public, We won't be back, Just awful ,I feel so bad for my son. I should have known better than to go there
Staff ignores walk-ins. Even if next appointment is 20 min away, they make you wait. Don't come here!
I called during the week made and appointment for my son and myself. Went in saturday for our appointment and was greeted by an employee staring at us like we were aliens. We spoke to the person at the desk and a person stopped cutting a customers hair came over and very rudely said we would have to wait because we were 5 minutes late. These people really need to learn communication skills and buisness ethics!! Most rude people i have ever encountered. DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!
