I have rented space at this location for about 2 years. I have never had an issue with my unit or the management. I recently decided to get more space and there was a misunderstanding as to which unit I would receive. To rectify the issue, the owner put me in a superior unit at no additional cost to me. Thanks to his swift response time and care for customer, what could have been a headache was a total non issue. Count me a happy customer and I highly recommend
Owner made sure to refund my money back after a mischarge and went out of his way to contact me to ensure I received it. He made a great effort too because, little known to him, I rarely check my email and have been in and out of town so it took a while to reach me. Units and surroundings were very clean and they were easy to get in contact with when needed.
Great customer service and very helpful staff. They will work with you and speaking to them is always very clear and respectful. I would always recommend them.
I rented for nearly 1.1/2 yrs, the facility was always clean, well maintained and well lit.. The owner was very good to work with, he was always professional and quick to correct any problem. it was good doing business with Jerry, service you rarely get these days
Jerry has been great this entire time. Kept my stuff in a reasonably priced unit for 2 years and never had any issues at all. Great service, great location, great price! Will recommend and if necessary will use again! Also, never saw so much as a wasp near my unit. =D
