The dealer confirmed some of the items did need work, and did it for $475.00. LESS than ONE THIRD what these crooks wanted.
Roger, Mike and the crew do a great job here. I've purchased 2 full sets of tires for 2 different cars an d they have taken care of me during the sale and afterward. Most places make the sale then won't help after the sale. These guys are great!
But that was not even the worst. They informed her that there was major work that needed to be done to the undercarriage, breaks, and shocks, and that was going to cost her $1592.63. Thankfully she refused, and we took the vehicle to a dealer.
My wife was out with a friend and thought it would be a good idea to get her oil changed at Tire Discounters while out. The date was 1 August 2017
They charged her $62.33 for the oil change. A simple OIL CHANGE. $62.33!!
I think the staff is great! Very friendly! I got four new tires and an alignment. The only problem I had was the guys having to work out in the heat with no fans to keep them cool. The owners of this company should get these guys some fans. I am very happy with my experience with you all. Great job and keep up the good work. Please get these guys some more fans. Thanks!

Update....so I had my alignment checked and it's a little better but still not right. So I'm going to take it to my dealership to get it done. So I won't be going to Tire Discounters any more....BigO for me from now on
So this place advertises that if you buy 4 tires you get a free alignment. When I first went here I asked one of the workers was there a time frame on that deal because I couldn't afford all 4 at one time. He said no just buy your 4 and we will do the alignment. Well I finally got my 4th tire and wanted my alignment. First they tried to say they couldn't find that I had bought 4 tires so I told them every store I got them from and they found it. Then they went to do the alignment and said I needed a new tire rod and was going to charge me $248 for that, new tire, and alignment. I was like the alignment is free. So I took my car to my mechanic to put a tire rod on for me. Then took my car back to tire discounters for the alignment. They still tried to charge me almost $100. I was like it's free that is what yall advertise. Well once my car was done I'm driving home and my car doesn't pull to the right any more but now pulls to the left. My mechanic said he bets they didn't do it or so it right. So he's going to look at it. If I have to take my car somewhere else to get it realigned I will post an update....
This crew seems to have no problem taking advantage of people.
I thought the days of mechanics trying to take taking advantage of what they perceive as ignorant people were over. I do not care how friendly they may act on the outside, I would not trust these people to wash my windshield.
