Doug was awesome in helping me get my phone setup. We ran into some issues concerning getting my old phone stuff transferred, and he tried a ton of different things to get the ball rolling. Sadly it was because I forgot a backup password. He did tell me I could try a few things when I got home, that ended up working.
I had Doug Kruer help me upgrade my phone. Thanks to him I got a great deal on my new phone and service. He helped me look at all of my options, and walked me through the process of switching carriers. He and his coworkers treated me with respect and kindness. Thank you.
