Change of ownership turned this place into a dump. It’s dirty, the machines are not kept repaired or cleaned. Staff is rude. Clearly new owners do not care. Avoid.
ZERO stars for current owner of this facility who keeps employees on staff who are repeatedly late to open in A.M. being 40-60 mins. beyond posted hours. Have waited THREE times in cold weather for employee to show up (same one). Writing owner does no good and never have gotten an apology from late employee or owner. AVOID if you can!!

I am very disappointed. After doing my laundry here for the for the past six months, I was very upset to find out that Amy, the laundry lady, no longer worked there. She and her husband worked tirelessly to keep the place clean and ensure that people were comfortable. They went out of their way to help you bring in or take your laundry to your car. They truly wanted to help. Unfortunately, that is no longer the experience at Aunt Bees. On my last visit, the store was dirty and trash was overflowing... Couldn't tell if anyone worked there just a few people standing around smoking. I will not be back.
