I recently purchased new tires and decided it best to get a 4 wheel alignment. I scheduled with Big O, dropped my truck off fully expecting to be $100 lighter when I returned. I went to pick it up, they told me it was a free inspection, all was within mfg specs and there was no alignment needed, and no charge. I'm sold by their honesty. Most places would charge you just to put your vehicle on the lift.
