I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I had an experience of them leaving a rag in an exhaust pipe behind the air filter which caused me to almost have an accident 1 block from the establishment. I was really scared to pieces! Finally got back and they removed it! Yeah! Then they broke a lug nut and forgot to replace it until I asked about it. Then they did not have one so I waited for 45 minutes with it still not fixed. I just asked for my car and will get it replaced by some place else. Below is a pictures of how they left grease on the inside of my car. I am now trying to get it cleaned up! Just stay away from them until they learn how to service a vehicle.
Fast forward about 2,000 miles down the road (I was moving to WA) and a vibration starts while driving. It suddenly got worse, and worse again. I pulled over and realized that on the left rear wheel 3 adjacent lug bolts - out of five total - had completely vibrated out of their holes and were missing! Perhaps more startling was the fact that almost EVERY OTHER LUG BOLT ON THE CAR was comically loose!!
What a bunch of idiots! I called on a Thursday for a tire I needed replaced. They said they would order it and it would arrive Sunday or Monday. When I called Sunday, they said they had not yet received it. I called them back on Tuesday and they said they never ordered it at all, since whoever I spoke to apparently didn't have my phone number. You would think if there was an issue they would have told me this on Sunday when I first called back t check. Then the so-called manager sad he could order me a tire, but it would cost more money, since the one they originally offered me wasn't available. I did not request that specific tire, it was suggested to me by the person I initially spoke to. The manager offered me a more expensive one, and when I asked if he could just honor the original price they quoted, he said ok. When I went in he attempted to charge me more, stating the extra was tax, even though over the phone, I specifically asked if the price we agreed on included everything. I ended up walking out and just going somewhere else. I will never go here again, even if I have to pay more elsewhere.
Now, I'd understand if it was one, even two bolts that had maybe vibrated a little loose. But for literally every other bolt to not be torqued to spec is ridiculous. I don't care how early I'm the morning it is when working on my car; I almost lost a wheel going 70 on a busy interstate.
Poor service, high prices. Will never go back
PS:At lease they did not charge me as well they should not because I would not have paid.
I had a morning appointment for right when they opened to get some new tires, as well as the complimentary alignment check. They took the car back quick and began work. After a short time it was brought back out with the new tires installed and they were telling me it was ready. When I was paying I looked over the receipt and noticed it didn't say the alignment check was performed. I asked about it and they said "Oh... do you still want us to do that?" YES, of course I do!! So after stumbling around trying to decide what to do the tech took it back and presumably performed the check. It came back alright and I was gone.
I refuse to use this shop ever again due to an incredible display of negligence that nearly cost me my life.
Got new tires about 2 months ago and already have a problem with the valve stems the claimed they replaced, but when taken to another mechanic they informed me those are in fact not new whatsoever and when confronted with the problem because on their website they have stated 3 month 4,000 mile guarantee on any service.... (thats a bold face lie) They were rude and ignored any facts brought to their attention. I paid 64.99 for each tire and they wanted to charge me $75.99 for a silly valve stem. This place is a joke. Employees stand around smoking cigarettes while you wait 3 hours for them to even look at your car when you have an appointment. Had an appointment at 11 am to get new tires and seriously didn't get out there till around almost 3.... I'm telling you to try any place besides here. Spread the word. Also EVEN called their cooperate offices and talked to someone there and they told me they would call me in 24 hours.... its been 5 days now.
