I am highly disappointed in this company.
Don't go here alone if you're woman. They'll manipulate you. They claimed things were wrong when they weren't. They didn't fix what they should have. Now I have a new problem with my car that wasn't there until they touched it. I will never go back. Don't waste your time and money!
If I could give less than a one star I would. My spouse, who has health issues, went to this place on good faith that they would be somewhat reasonable in their prices.
I took my car to this shop this week and at first my problem was misdiagnosed, but with their persistence it was found and fixed. I believe these are men of integrity, and I will take my car back there in the future. We all can make mistakes...it is what you do with it that counts. I am well satisfied with my overall service there. I want to add that Gary is an asset to the shop. He will bend over backwards to help and does it always with a smile.
While I realize this is my spouses fault for agreeing I want everyone to be aware that if you shop around a much better deal may be available.
These guys are pretty great! I had to get some brake and tire work done and they were very friendly and helpful. Gary was so helpful and informative and I genuinely enjoyed his presence! He worked very hard to make me aware of what work was being done, how much, and what I could do to make it happen. It's not easy work to deal with people spending money on any product and he should be recognized for how well he does it. The establishment is clean, the coffee was fresh, and the bathroom was also very clean. Our car drives so much better and we feel like our car has had a make over. We will probably always bring it here to get repaired.
He needed the brakes and rotators replaced on his vehicle and they showed him where one needed replaced as soon as possible. Instead of shopping around (which is our fault) we took it on good faith that the price would be somewhat similar to others.
We were however incorrect. He paid more for having the front brakes and rotators replaced then what it would cost for the entire four elsewhere. The cost of the parts were DOUBLE what they were listed for at another facility (both facilities offering the same parts not a cheaper alternative).
I received excellent service from this Meineke location. They were personable, friendly, knowledgeable people that went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had been here before to get my muffler fixed so when my insurance company recommended a place nearby, I told them I knew a great place to go instead. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs. I really appreciate you guys for taking care of me. Thank you and I will recommend everyone to come here.
