Please Read!!! Had surgery in 2016 to remove a swollen lymph node. I was shocked to find out after the swelling went down that the lymph node was still there. They took out the wrong node! They told me they could go back in to get the other one after I pointed it out. What a joke. Still paying medical bills for nothing.
I went there with an ear infection and was told the pain was from grinding my teath. It turned out I did have an ear infection. The second visit I saw a different doctor for a thyroid problem. They had none of my records and all he wanted to do was treat me fot acid reflux. The doctors here are not good. I wouldn't trust them with my dog.
This was a very friendly office with great Doctors. The staff was efficient but caring. I felt comfortable and well taken care of by all of them.
The building is very clean. There is a nice separate waiting room for people with kids with a play table and books. The staff were great and very nice. Dr. Nuemann is who my 4-year old saw and he was great with my son. Even with the millions of questions my son was asking about the tools he was using. He explained very thoroughly what was going on with my son and what his surgery entails. Highly recommend !
Everyone was extremely helpful. From the receptionist,to the hearing test technician to Dr. K., my visit was wonderful. I felt that everyone was interested in my health issues.
The trip to their New Albany office was quite quick on the new eastern county bridge. It took us only 15 minutes from our home in Eastern Jefferson county. It was a very easy trip!
