Been going here for years and never had a issue. Been having a issue with a surgeons office that I filled a complaint on as it's been years and they still pushed the surgery off cause they didn't wanna call and get the pre with number. I went thru my insurance company website and called about two dozen places that r suppose to do the surgery spent two days each week calling people literally. I called Anna fisher about 6 times about my cpap machine that has to be super glued together to get another one sent over. Well apparently calling my dr office for help forced them to drop me as a patient. So if u go for regular dr visits fine but, if u gotta call them I guess they drop you. I'm not sure the letter is just saying it's in the offices best interest.
I waited on Dr. Fisher's wait list because of all of the wonderful things I have heard about her. When it came time for my appointment her staff was so wonderful, then when I met Dr. Fisher... She was fabulous, took her time with me, gave me her direct attention when she was in the room with me. I love this office!
