After 3 times visiting over a couple years I've never been really impressed with the service here. My wife recently went in for with cold symptoms and was prescribed a common antibiotic. After three days of not getting better she went elsewhere. What had been infection turned into pneumonia.
I love the ppl there!!! Very helpful & caring, was in an out in a timely manner.. My children along with myself go here a lot when we can't get into our reg docs... Keep up the great job
I have visited this facility several times over the course of a few years, Ive seen Dr Grumley and Dr Karamshini (don't know the spelling?) A couple of times and I've really liked both of them. Once I went when I had a strange allergic reaction to something and they were very helpful and followed up with me. I took my daughter after she had been to MULTIPLE other doctors for a strange rash and had been treated for all sorts of things unnecessarily (turns out she had eczema) and I've taken my son a couple of times. It's fairly fast, the staff is friendly and I really liked the doctor's, knowledgeable and nice and friendly to my kids, which is important. I definitely recommend them.
Staff and Dr Grumply are the best. If he had a practice I would be his patient. I had never been to a urgent care until I came down with the flu. His treatment was perfect!
Ok. I really wanted to like this place but when you lie to me about my child’s health that is too much. People were nice. I also called ahead of time to make sure Dr Grumley was there and not Dr Karamshini (who seems to have all the negative reviews). They claimed to have done a Strep and a Flu test (everyone else does the rapid ones now) and told me that my child did not have Strep and did have Flu. Now 4 (FOUR) days later they call to say the test came back and he has Strep not Flu. Really!!! So my kid has suffered for four days because you didn’t do your job and lied about it. I won’t ever be back to this office. I might not live the other similar places in the area but at least they actually do the test I pay for and give real results.
