Waited nearly an hour for appointment. In waiting room, children play noisy video games and the staff say nothing. Taken mother to this doctor four times in last three years at different locations. Only ONCE seen before waiting at least 45 minutes to an hour for b scheduled appointment. At this point does it matter if good doctor? Staff says it "is scheduling issue". Consistently?
