AWFUL. I usually go here and everything is great. They have diagnosed me with a uti where a socialized doctor didn't, and treated me for poison ivy twice. I've been here for most of my medical needs and loved the past experiences. Last week I went, only two people ahead of me, and got back really quick which was great, until the nurse barely let me get through my symptoms (probably sinus infection, get them all the time) and the doctor came and literally looked in my ears and throat and said it didn't "look" like strep, and no fever so not the flu.... Which both can be tested for, but didn't bother. Told me "probably allergies" I explained I never get allergies this time of year and that I know the difference between allergies and something more. Prescribed me a steroid?? And quickly sent me on my way without an explanation of the prescription or listening to my questions. I will NEVER go back there again. All I've done is get worse the last few days and I will also be calling whoever I can to get these people talked to. Horrible. I needed help with my health, and they showed no sign of concern or trying to find out what was wrong. Ridiculous.
These people were so incredibly rude. Rather than allow us answer their questions, which by the way they barked at us, and if we weren't able to answer them (in particular, we would try to explain our symptoms) fast enough for them, they rudely barked further probing questions. It was absolutely rediculous how they had no problem whatsoever letting g us know that they didn't have time for us, or our medical needs. We we should've just gone to BHF to begin with... Won't make the same mistakes again. BTW, we were the only patients there, and the few cars in the lot looked like they probably belonged to the several employees who were gathered at the desk, and socialising.
This is my favorite immediate care type facility. All the doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses provide excellent service. As some of the other reviews mentioned the front desk workers can be hit or miss but I feel like that's fairly typical in most doctors offices and here they're friendlier than most.
I love this place. Everyone is very polite and they will listen no matter how long the issue is. I go there more than my family physician. I highly recommend this place.
You can usually be seen quickly here compared to other urgent care centers in the area. The doctors and NP are always very helpful and efficient. The biggest downfall would be the rude front desk. They seem annoyed to be there and helping patients. Prepare for heavy eye rolling and rude annoyed responses if you ask about wait time or if they have already called your name.
