I have been to this facility 3 times over the years. ALWAYS good service and caring staff!
Got tests done three weeks ago and I have called office several times and doctor still has not read the results when they were supposed to be read several days ago and on top of that doctors knew about my hypothyroidism for several months and did not diagnose me until I came in the office when my problems were getting worse. Their answer as to why they didn't tell me "we don't treat that here." This place is absoultely ridiculous.
I've been a patient there of Dr. Dresner for about 20 years. They've always have been awesome
I had some issues and needed a good Dr to help correct things. This is where I was referred, and so glad I'm much better now. I read other reviews about rude office people. I did not experience that. If I did, it would have been handled immediately with the Doctors and office staff attention. Just saying, speak up immediately so they can address any personnel issues directly. Luckily I haven't needed this office in about 5 years but looked them up because my wife needs help now, and want her to have a good Dr. I think these are really good doctors and I trust them to do good work.
My husband and I both have had procedures done by 2 Dr.'s here, the staff are always nice and Physicians are very good.
