The nurse, lab tech, and appointment clerk were wonderful. I felt I could ask the nurse questions that I could not ask the doctor.
I really don't know where all the negative comments are coming from. I just had my first appointment with Dr Eshan and found him to be very pleasant and very through.
Poor service all the way around. The doctor performed a half-assed screening of my symptoms, sent me off for some labs. I had to pay up front $190, then on my follow-up, had to pay another $100, which is fine...it's the insurance that I have, no biggie. However, on the follow-up, I had ASK what the test results were. Both test were negative, and when I asked what else it could be, in all of his years of medical practice and expertise, his answer was; "I don't know. Maybe some form of arthritis." Really??? Some form of arthritis...wow!!! How brilliant! Currently trying to get my records faxed to a new doctor and it's like trying to get blood out of a rock. Don't waste your time or money on this guy.
Not impressed at all. I have had two appointments so far. He made me feel inferior and never told me what to expect or not to expect. He lacked in bed side manner. I called during the flair to ask for help and I was told I had to wait until my next appointment which was a month and a half out. Im living on Motrin and heating pads, thats all. The lady on the phone was short with me and had an attitude.
