I've had a 5 star experience every time I've been to Vision First on Charlestown Road in New Albany. Dr. Todd and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Seldom have I ever had any unnecessary wait. I'm in and out in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Dr. Todd and Vision First.
Recently was terminated as a patient here after being a patient for many years. Never heard of a doctor doing this before. But I should have left several year before, but didn't because I dislike looking for a new doctor. The reasons that I should have left were: labeling my contact lenses incorrectly, rude front staff, being billed incorrectly, inconsistent service, overall very displeased. I will gladly find a new doctor!!!

Eye exam was good no problem, but when you go to get your frames and glasses, they don’t know how to read your insurance then they give you all the wrong pricing then later ask for more money when you get the glasses
Every one of the staff is very courteous and nice. They help you pick out frames.
