We have lived at Arbor Place Apartments going on 4 years now, and we've been very happy here. The upkeep is fantastic, working on a day to day basis to make the property look amazing. Maintenance is wonderful. We've had very few issues having to call maintenance, but when we have it was fixed in a timely manner! Management is great, and always gets back to you quickly with any questions or concerns you may have. Though the floor plan is small when it comes to a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the rent is VERY reasonable, especially comparing these apartments to other New Albany apartments. You also are a short walk away from IUS campus, and only a short drive away from Grantline Rd. It feels like you're out further than you are, which makes it all the more appealing! Dogs and cats are not allowed, which is the only downside, but we are able to have our rabbit and that has worked out great.
No wonder there's a waiting list! Great apartments, for couples, students, single people, and small families!
