The Landlord is very shady. She will come off nice at 1st and then she will let drug addicts move in below you and let their pit bull run over the complex and she let's them stay! Not a very good environment for children. Alot of gang and drug activity.
On a list of places to live, a garbage can would be better than this hell hole. Now, when I say hell hole, I mean, this place is ran by Satan himself. He comes in the form of what seems to be a nice woman. However, when you are ready to move out the horns begin to show and the torturous nature of the King of the underworld stand out more clearly. In addition to not evicting our neighbors who were never home, yet kept the apartment for their neglected, extremely noisy pit bulls, I have "bad rental history" (despite my having paid rent promptly every month) due to giving a written notice of 28 days rather than 30. She insisted that I pay rent for a month that I wasn't even going to be in the state of Indiana for, much less living in her shantytown apartment complex. So now, nearly 5 years later, I am unable to apply for a house that I make more than enough money to occupy because of 28 days notice rather than 30. Oh, and it was already after I had spent an entire year's lease at (didn't sign another) and was on month-to-month. Please seek other options. There are PLENTY.
