I am a current resident here and my move out date is the month of September. As soon as I emailed Sarah about my roommate and I not resigning our lease she became very rude and hateful. I had put in an application at a different complex and they had to get my renters history from Huntley Ridge, not only did it take 3 attempts at receiving this information via fax she wrote complete lies down about how we were terrible residents and how my cat is an unauthorized animal when I payed the deposit and the monthly fee for him and have statements proving that. She was trying to make it to where no other apartment would accept my application probably because the turn over rate here is horrible and everyone who lives here has had problems with her, maintenance and basically anything you can think of. This is a horrible place to live, I would not recommend this complex to anyone! My air and toilet was broken for 2 weeks before they came and fixed it after calling everyday during that time period and getting yelled at and nasty emails from Sarah herself. Why she is still employed here I will never understand. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

We have lived here for 6 years, possibly 7. I have had no complaints. The front office is great.. Anytime I have a problem, Sarah's right there. Anytime I have a question Sarah always answers it. Maintenance is fast, usually within an hour of turning in a problem. it's quiet, for the most part and super close to all activities that I need Dr, grocery, School, family and friends, I would recommend it.
Apartment home has new cabinets, new counter-tops, new appliances and new flooring. Apartment parking lot was just repaired as well. Staff is friendly! Nice and quiet community, and the courtyard is very appealing.
Sarah is the best! After being screwed over by knobs Pointe, I drove to Huntley ridge to do a viewing and turn in an application. Sarah is such a sweet person, she was so nice to show us everything we needed to see, answer all of our questions, and help us with things since it's our first time renting an apartment. We turned in our application and got a call 2 days later saying we were approved! We have a 2 bed 1 bath and everything is renovated. New appliances and carpeting. Walls are nice. Once you shut the front door you don't hear anything outside even people talking. This area is a nice quiet quaint facility with friendly staff. Ron is one of the main maintenance workers I see and he's very nice to always ask if anything is wrong and if I need help with anything. The only complaints I have is the first day we were here after we got everything moved in, I had to call the local police department due to a couple down the hall screaming and cursing and throwing and breaking things with a child in the room. It went on for an hour before I initially called since I figured it would die down but it only got worse. Another complaint is I smell weed pretty much every day walking up and down my hallway. And it's not just lingering it's very strong. I smell it as soon as I walk inside and I smell it as soon as I step outside my door. Other than that, I give this place a 4 star. I love it here. Haven't got any other complaints.
