The most corrupt agency I've ever seen. The director is narccistic.... and will stop at nothing to make himself appear fair when fair is exactly what he's not.... He plays god. And his immediate supervisor is just as dirty. Rikki hopper is another faithful crooked employee. She is by far the most manipulating woman I've ever met. U can't trust thrse ppl. Must kmow your rights.. When I ssked for a copy of my rights i wss told that they were fresh out....
