The employees are always super friendly and attentive. They always make sure you get exactly what you ordered. If you dinner inside, they will bring you drink refills and anything else you may need. It's always clean and quiet. Love this atmosphere!
Unacceptable. I'm only giving one star because i can't post a review with zero stars. I don't know if this place has gotten lazy or has new management but they have messed up my food almost every time I've gone there. I have a serious cucumber allergy and every time i go i always say no pickles. And every time they repeat me back my order and say no pickles. Yet almost every time there is pickles on it. I've had them give me the sandwich with the no pickle sticker on it and it had pickles. I've had them hand me a sandwich that had pickle juice but no pickle like they picked the pickle off instead of making a new one. But more often than not it's just a regular sandwich with pickle but the receipt will say no pickle. For how expensive this place is they should know how to make a sandwich.
Normally I have good experience here, and the staff is always super friendly. But I went here a few days ago after shopping at Target at about 4 in the afternoon, and I was shocked by the staff. There were only two people in line in front of me and I waited at least 10 minutes. When I walked up to order, the girl didn't greet me or anything she just asked if it was for here or to go. I told her my order and then she handed me my receipt and asked me to step aside. She handed me my drink and then another employee, a male, walked up and handed me my food and immediately walked away. I tried to ask the girl if they were hiring because a friend of mine is looking for another job, and she literally looked at me straight in the face and walked away. This is by far the worst experience I've had here, and the first. Everybody working there was just extremely rude and the food wasn't even hot
They were one of my favourite places to eat and i ate their all the time; now I'd rather go to McDonald's. Atleast they know what plain means.
I love Chic Fil a, but as they go, this one is not the best. I have ate here about 100 times. The food is ussually great, but on occasion it is not fresh tasting. The drive through is slow, they tend to get the order wrong about 1/4 of the time. Make sure you check the bag before pulling away. Accuracy is consistently good if you go inside. The play place is very clean and my kids love it. The one in Clarksville is overall a better place, except for their play place.
What can I say? Chick-fil-A is always great. Love this restaurant. By far my favorite fast food.
