Thos place needs new management, or ANY management would be good. No one was actively manning the seating, every table you could see without customers seated were dirty, and no one out of about 12 people running around the dining room, none were cleaning tables.
A $6.99 all you can eat salad bar. Not a deluxe bar but more than enough. Service is slower than expected during rush.
Finally a guy who looked to be high came up laughing while i assume trying to apologize for our wait, he pulls a cart out to the dining room to clean a table and a woman told him to grab her dirty tables as well, another guy went off to find seating for 7, he put us in the tightest row he could find,we literally had to move the tables out to get seated on the backside and the ones seated on the isle side were constantly squeezed by employees passing with trays of food barely clearing their head.
I will NOT return to this store again.
Unusually busy for a Thursday night. Italian Meatloaf was served WITHOUT mashed potatoes, but waitress was kind enough to add them at no charge (menu stated served with potatoes - I mean, what's meatloaf without potatoes?) Overall a pleasurable dining experience.
Much improvement from the last time I visited. Tables were clean, staff were friendly and eager to serve...making sure you were satisfied before receiving bill. I did overhear they were short staffed tonight, but you couldn't tell. Great service!
We had a party of 7 but there were several smaller groups who could have been seated at one of those tables,but no one cleaning and no one seating customers lead to chaos .
Went late and the people were very nice. They didn't rush us out. Food Bar went down at 9:15 pm . Dining room open until 11pm. Pleasant servers.
I went to the rest room after i was done eating and it was bad, the stools had fecal matters on the outside of the bowl,toilet paper all over the floor and SOMETHING smeared all over the sink handle. The whole store was disgusting and employee behavior was pathetic, no one cared about being there.
