I took my car there for new tires after a flat. I was running on a full size newly new spare tire with my FLAT TIRE on the spare tire carrier. I told the check in attendee to return my spare to the rear of my car. The check in attendee never noted that fact. Next the tire installer removed my nearly new tire off the spare rim and place it in the discard pile with the other three bald tires.....leaving the flat on the spare tire carrier. I'm like really ...a car comes in with three bald tires and one full tread tire and nobody deducted that might be the spare. After discovering the mistake and return just a few minutes later, the check in attendee and the installer were nowhere to be found.....
